Merchandise Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

At Big Daddy Tents we process most orders received before 11:00 AM CST on the same day.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We ship most of our orders via UPS ground service (average delivery 3-7 business days) or by special request, at additional cost, you may ask for 2-day, 3-day air service, however Big Daddy Tents will select the carrier.

Currently we DO NOT ship any INTERNATIONAL orders, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO military addresses.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments, plus additional 25% restocking fee.  This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.

Occasionally a package will be damaged during shipment from handling.  These claims must be made with the freight carrier.  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.  If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return to inspect the damage and file a claim.  We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Support Department within 3 days of delivery.  All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.  Questions about returning merhandise please email to customer support at   bigdaddytents@gmail.com .  Once you are given a return authorization number, you may return the merchandise. 

The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized will incur a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

No COD's accepted.  No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Once a return is authorized:

1.  Return the item to the address given to you by Customer Support Department. 

2.  Include a copy of the email from Customer Support. 

3.  Include the Return Authorization Number as the first line of your return address on the outside of the package(s) being returned (we want to see the Return Authorization Number when the package arrives). 

4.  Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. 

5.  Returns shippped via U.S. Postal Service or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.  We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Customer Support Department.

We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).  You can expect a refund within 14 - 21 business days of our receiving your return items.  Payment will be in the same form originally used for the purchase.

MANUFACTURES DEFECTS:

Our suppliers set high standards of quality control, and all our products are warranted by the manufacturers.  If by chance you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact customer support at bigdaddytents@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for Return Authorization Number and return instuctions.

All items must have authorization to be accepted for warranty and must be complete in original factory packaging.  All product replacements or repairs will be done at the discretion of the Manufacturer.  Big Daddy Tents does not do repair work.

Item(s) must be returned in it's original packaging; insured for it's purchased price, and must be received and packed in resalable condition as when it was shipped with all original materials, instructions and packing. 

No credit will be given for damaged returns.

No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be granted after item has been used.  With exception to manufacturer's warranty issues.  Items with the tags removed are considered used.

No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued after 30 days of item shipment, with the exception of manufacturer's Warranty claims.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Big Daddy Tents want you to be satisifed with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, within 3 days of delivery, email customer support at  bigdaddytents@gmail.com for return authorization number and return instructions.  Return the unused product and we will refund your purchased price.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Merchandise must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, with all original materials, instructions and packing.  All returns must be complete and with Factory Packaging.  Do not discard any packaging until you are completely satisfied with the products in your order.  The product box must be in brand-new condition. 

All items must be returned in the shipping box they arrived in. 

Used items are not accepted for return.  Items with the tags removed are considered used. 

No credit will be given for damages returns. 

No returns are allowed if box or contents are missing or damaaged.  Products missing UPC codes or serial number from the box are not returnable, are non-refundable, and will be rejected.
